PC to TV Encoders - The CH700X product family was designed to
interface to VGA controllers and converts non-interlaced VGA output to a
standard interlaced TV signal. The specifications and features
implemented in this family were derived from months of partnership with
major VGA suppliers. Our latest offering, the CH7009 integrates TV
encoder and a single-link Digital Video Interface (DVI) with the
following features:
- 165 Mpixels/sec. DVI interface
- 5-line deflickering filter for TVOut
- Interpolating TV underscan/overscan scaler
- Supports up to 800x600 resolution
- 2D text enhancement filter
- Contrast enhancement filter
- All major PAL and NTSC standards
- Macrovision V.7 anti-taping technology
- Special low voltage pixel port interface with differential pixel clock
- Software support from major VGA partners
DVI Transmitters - The CH7009 product family was designed
to interface to display controller device that accepts a digital graphics input signal, and
encodes and transmits data through a DVI Transmitter or TV Output.
LVDS Transmitters
- The CH7017 is a VGA to TV encoder with dual LVDS output for the
graphics subsystem. Both TV-Out and LVDS-Out can operate simultaneously
if the two 12-bit input ports are driven from different timing generators.
HDMI Transmitters
- The CH7315 HDMI transmitter is a mixed-signal IC that
transmits uncompressed, copy-protected video and audio data over a
secure link from PCs to external televisions, HDTVs, DVD recorders
and A/V receivers. HDMI, which has been adopted as an audio/video
interface by more than 300 makers of consumer electronics (CE) and
PC systems worldwide, has become a de-facto standard for connecting
home entertainment products.
DisplayPort Receivers
- The CH7507, a new DisplayPort™ Receiver IC with Integrated
Timing Control (TCON) for use in notebook and netbook computer
displays. DisplayPort is a new video interface standard endorsed by
leading computer and component manufactures worldwide.
LVDS Format Converters
- CH7036 converts LVDS inputs into HDMI, DVI or VGA video
outputs for external displays and digital televisions. The CH7036
also has an additional output port that can retransmit graphic data
in LVDS format to the netbook’s display while one of the external
video outputs is enabled.
